Autumn
From August to November
Autumn in Lapland brings ruska – the breathtaking season when the landscape ignites in shades of red, orange, and gold. With temperatures gradually falling from around +10 °C to below 0 °C and daylight shortening from about 14 to 7 hours, nature transforms quickly. Ruska typically peaks in mid-September around Rovaniemi, making it one of Finland's best-kept secrets. The Northern Lights return, the forests are full of mushrooms and berries, and Arcticmint is at its most peaceful.
In autumn you can have these Arctic experiences at Arcticmint in Rovaniemi:
Traditional Arctic Spa

Forest Walk with Reindeer
